it is not a company, it is a gujarathi shop where husband is ceo, wife is hr and one manager who is...., i dont know what to tell about him, if you dont trust my words, please go there and meet these people. you will understand...HR doesnt know even to talk, if you talk 5 minutes with her, then u will understand what she is, there is no job security, micro management, lot of time is gone for unnessary meetings, no proper appraisal, they will squeeze all our effort, use it and then throw..if you are desperate who is not capable to find a good job, then join with them
