Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No on time salary. Not secure job once they loose Clint then they will find reason to terminate you. One of the worst Clint I have worked Galssasi Group. Differentiate by cast and always partiality.

If you are struggling for a job this might be a good company to start as they are not very demanding in terms of skills/experience.

They don't have a clear path to follow. Even though they claim designing of special purpose machines as their niche they don't have the expertise to design them. The projects that they undertake (just to keep the startup afloat) have no relation with their niche whatsover.
