Salary was on time. Weekly training to learn a lot about jewellery even if you are not from the jewellery background you will know a lot . 5 days work 2 weekly off.

Most of the training was dedicated towards GMS only and we were force to show only GMS value mostof the time we were irritating because of that. Incentive structure was mainly not on sales but the GMS PLAN . Store politics was very common in most of the store. In brahmapur store the manager was not educated but as she had the market knowledge she was employed, she used to verbally abuse us and also she used to favor her friend who was working with us. She could scold us if we took a 5 min break in evening and she also use to do fraud with company and customer.

They have good medical insurance and we good knowledge in products.

Dislikes

...e, the store manager shows he is very polite nad gentle but is really very rude. If you are being hired in a good package, please don't join lajpat nagar store.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a company.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-15 hours straight in a day.

As a fresher you will get a good salary package and for those who's looking forward career in retail sales its a good opportunity. Will gst good incentives based on your performance and every other allowances also. We get weekly 2 days off except weekends

>Continuously changing from one store to another, which affects the performance >Difficult to take CL sometimes >Can't take week off on weekends >long working hours 10: 45 mins(10:45 to 9: 30)

It is an good firm for freshers to learn. Employees are open natured and helpful, knowledgeable employees in various departments. Good work atmosphere and attitude of certain employees.

Dislikes

...al activities are lacking. Work life balance is on and off during certain times. Perks , benefits and salary is a bit on the lower side for certain department employees.
