The main reason of dislike bluecraft agro pvt is their management. I had working three years as a retainer but they they give any hike in salary not promote in job profile. They increase salary only management's employees they dont focus on retainers The behavior of time office employees not good to retainers and contractor's employees

I don't like my company culture and there are not having job security in this plant have so many politics, and not good management,.and low salarys an Engineer cadidate getting 13,000/- per month but a work man getting more than 20,000/- rs in my unit 2 plant in my plant

Low salarys , work pressure is high , very low bonus, less job security, in this plant not giving respect to Staff members and theri giving high hikes for workers

Presently I working in group of turnover of 300 Crores ,so it is excellent opportunity for learning ,I am working here from last 2.5 years.

There is no place for perfection in this world ,but sometimes we need to change the company for Learning ,for growth opportunities.

One thing there is alaway a task available in advance to solve. I like it that teach me new things and idea in operation and maintenance
