After joining employee loose his rights, no freedom of work, very toxic culture, poor management, no appraisal, no salary increment, 6 days working, if you have any personal issue you want WFH then it's like a dream for you. For every step you have to answer each and everything to management, you can't leave the office for a brake time for few minutes, company has 2-3 key holders if you're good with them then it works for you or else you need to face bad internal politics. For EOD In the less salary you've to struggle to survive in the city, you have face mental challenges, you will loose all your confidence if you work for this company. As I worked for more than 2 years I never sent a single rupee to my old parents that much I faced. I don't recommend specially to freshers to work here. Salary gets credited after 10-12 of the month. No PF ESI nothing.

I have a very messy experience. Very bad work environment. Teammates are very rudely behaviour. companies policy are very bad. This company removed all people due to COvid 19

Dislikes

There is lot of policies and management doesn't support teammates. Salary growth is very slow.
