New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The behaviour of company towards employees is very bad .They treat btech passout students like helpers .The company provide work like helpers like to operate machines,packing , removing scrap. The owners mindset is so cheap he thinks everyone is fool except him. Worst company to work. Please don't ever think to join . Quality of product is also not good ,in simple there is nothing like quality check in the company. Nothing to learn and grow in this company.
