Is it not joking that if our Branch manager gets 9000 per month salary. If any employee resigns , this company dont give him releaving letter or experience letter. Worst place . Didn't give my 85000 of incentive.

...n much more to company in 3 years. I was topper Rest of maharashtra in JFM 2017. But due to politics company disnt given me foreign tour, also due to worst policy i returned my all incentive as well as i worked as Branch manager for 6 months and did very good business in new branch but Bluechip didnt given me single rupee as incentive, and gave only 9k as a salary , aslo didnt gave any allownce.

You will get good knowledge regarding insurance, mutual funds and fix deposit. Company culture is ok but you can't expect good salary and promotions. If you are good in sales then you will get good amount of incentive.

Good work environment and culture. they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.... And nature of manager is too bad, he don't have manners how to talk with employees and Lady employees too.. He directly used bad words to employees...

Senior politics,work pressure and No value for highly educated person mostly branch manager are illiterate because they have not even complete their graducation and doesn't have enough knowledge about investment.there office's just like store room 8 people can't seat there.
