Worst company to work, The Director is unethical, Unprofessional with 0 knowledge about the software industry and manners. Company never cares about the employees. Everyday I feel like hell here. The only problem in the company is the Director(PK Menon). He only knows how to tell lie and Thinks that no one knows that this is a lie. 0 maturity even a 5th grade school kid will behave mature. Don't join this company and ruin your career, better wait for few more months and join a different company.

I worked in this company for a couple on months, and i experienced tremendous mental pressure and harassment from the site head, Padma Kumar Menon [PK Menon], which had a detrimental impact on my well-being and work performance. He behaves like a wild animal most of the time, He has been such a liar. Every statement is full of lies, 99.9 % of conversations are lies, sometimes he will try to talk true that too there will be a pre-planning or some sort of cunning things. Despite my attempts to rectify these concerns, the situation has not improved, and it is my interest to move out of this company because of him. Think twice before you join this company or try to get the reviews or comments from the existing employees and previous employees. Numerous engineers have left this company because of his behaviour and there is plenty to tell about him, cannot describe here... His primary skills are double gaming, unethical & unprofessional, a factory of lies [Born Liar], torturing employees, damaging engineers career, threatening engineers during night and weekends and always during weekdays. Zero technical knowledge, lack of project understanding and zero patience. Unfit to be in a software company.

Before writing anything, I was selected on campus in this company and worked here for around 1 year. - As a fresher you will learn things (do read my dislikes before making opinion). - Team lunch every month. - Good colleagues.

1) There was no bond when they came to our college, but once joined Company informed us about 2 years bond. 2) In offer letter it was supposed to be 6 months Internship, but they never converted anyone instead increased internship first for 12 months & then 15 months not converting yet. 3) He does not know any technical things, he never appreciates you for your work, but he will send you threat message on weekends. 4) Assume they hire a student with 6 lpa, they will make them to work as intern for 15-20 months, convert them by offering 4-4.5 lpa & two years bond. 5) For freshers or experienced this is the worst place to join under him. 6) Though you work too hard here, you will never be appreciated by any1. 1) There is no POSH policy nor any HR policy in this company. 2) I got my ID card after 8 months of joining. 3) HR will remind you the lunch timings if you are late, but will never help you with conversion things. - Office space is too small, maybe a 2 or 3bhk apartment size. - No flexible working hours - They say you come at any time & go at any time, but you need to inform them everyday if you are leaving at 5:30. - Please dont fall to this companies trap of offering more money( for senior level) post, Its a trap of the company. - Freshers if you got a offer from them, please dont join you will surely get good job outside. You will be working as intern for years to come.

Work culture and management is good and every month rehte will be outing with all the teams It is fun to work in BB My team. Lead was Lynton he supported me and used to clarify all my doughts each and every time without hesitation even I ask same question every times.

There is nothing g to dislike In my case they told after 6 months tey will. Make my probation period as permanent but even after 14 months there was no update on my work status at all they gave some kr the other excuses.
