Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. One of the worst company , stay away and make people aware , they won’t give salary they won’t give commission

Dislikes

...o not give follow up to clients for renewal commission , they don’t pay there employees on many occasions there salary , they have taken away due commission of many agents
