1. Like the way they lies and deduct major part from salaries. 2. Good thing is no one complains about salary structure and other unwanted deductions. 3. Leave encashments.

1. Salary Structure. 2. Unwanted deductions. 3. Paid parking, no discount from company's side. 4. No trips or outings. 5. Daily discussion meeting with non-technical person ( project coordinator), team lead or mentor should also there. 6. Card recharges never done on time. 7. No paid leaves from company's side. 8. Vacation fund is deducted from ctc, but company still wants employee to pay for trips, otherwise no trips. 9. Company is not employee friendly. 10. HR doesn't reply to mails on time, you have to send message regarding the mail then you can get reply on time.

Good work culture and Teammates are supportive. You get chance to learn from people having 7-8 years experience and work closely with them CEO and CTO interacts with the teammates as well and are very cooperative.

...lways scope for improvement. I believe organization can improve in Many areas. 1: Better Compensation to employees. 2: There should be proper overtime compensation for employees. 3: Company should work on inter department activities and communication. 4: Company should provide feedback to employees on regular basis so that employee can work on thier weakness as well.

Seniors ( only a few are there as the company doesn't have an employee retention policy ) are there to help.

1. Worst salary structure ( Approx 15 to 20% of CTC is variable pay ) 2. Paid leaves are just a dream here. 3. A lot of pictures on the internet regarding trips but no long trips for 2.5 years. Advice to management: 1. Project managers should be technically sound enough to understand the requirements from the developers' point of view. 2. Give Benefits that are being marketed over google ( at least one trip per year ) 3. There should be proper welcome gifts for new joiners and farewell gifts for employees who served you over the years.

... night. Nonsense management. 6. Three year bond in company which is not good. 7. Salary structure is very worst. 8. Give very less salary to developer as compare to average developer salary. 9. No senior developer in company to guide fresher. 10 No paid leaves in case of medical condition. 11. Take employee security by deducting employee salary upto 8-10K/month.
