1. Worst salary structure ( Approx 15 to 20% of CTC is variable pay ) 2. Paid leaves are just a dream here. 3. A lot of pictures on the internet regarding trips but no long trips for 2.5 years. Advice to management: 1. Project managers should be technically sound enough to understand the requirements from the developers' point of view. 2. So many points are to share: 1. No paid leaves. 2. In hand salary is very less, ex: CTC: 3.5 L, In hand wil be 19K around. 3. No bonus. 4. They give variable pay as company bonus at the end of the year. Making fool of employee. 5. Ping employee at late night. Nonsense management. 6. Three year bond in company which is not good. 7. Salary structure is very worst. 8. Give very less salary to developer as compare to average developer salary. 9. 1. Management replies to mail after 1 month when there is no need to reply. (Good thing is they replied) 2. Company culture is not good, when there is 4-5 celebrations in month they bring only 2-3 cakes for 50+ employees. 3. No activities on working saturday. 4. Company doesn't recharge employee cards on time.

Company run by fresher only.

Dislikes

90% employee are fresher in company, and expect that fresher will do code like 8 to 10 year expert developer. Management force and pressurise employee to complete the many tasks in one day only. Pressurise employee to deliver the works in fix time, but they self delay in sending employee's salary.
