Great works life balance, culture depends on the team, but generally it's fair. Compensation is also good.

Dislikes

The people who have been in JDA company are not quite receptive to new ideas. The road map keeps changing due to recent changes in the ceo and upper management.

Work life balance is much better along with a good pay and cutting edge technologies.

Dislikes

Some time they don't have clarity what they want to do , which cause us lots of rework and there are many product which are put on hold after spending a huge time on development and testing , which makes us not much happy.

Good pay and work culture. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Legacy products. And old technologies. Very less carrier growth. You will be forced to involve in innovations. They will hire you for certain skillet and put you in totally different area. This screws people's career.

You would not learn much in jda. Once whatever package got after that no hike. And anytime they can shift you to any other service company and terminate your job from JDA.
