Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...veloping junk products which requires 3-4 years for client to implement for use. Trouble shooting pathetic because all products built by copy paste junk code poor design and architect Attracting people for some little higher salary and spoil their career.. please don't join and you will spoil your it journey here. If you join by mistake yourself end you it job after 6 months or one year will experience bad frustration and strong feel no more work in IT companies further.

Legacy products. And old technologies. Very less carrier growth. You will be forced to involve in innovations. They will hire you for certain skillet and put you in totally different area. This screws people's career.

Dislikes

While the compensation was decent, but the work pressure was very high which lead to an unhealthy work environment within my team. The assistant manager of my particular team did not value other's opinion and was one of the root causes for the bad work environment.
