If ur ready to get overwhelmed and uninterested in a life outside work, then its the best place to grow, youll attract promotions and recognitions if ur sincere with work, you can keep sitting on things until last minute too, depends on ur attitude. Flexibility wise totally friendly with associates. Leaders are all visionaries and keep talking to them to keep urself proactive, dont be complacent.

None for me (subjective), with time ull get used to the culture, u have to escalate issues sometimes to get attention, try to be clear on ur scope of work and do not sit on tasks, keep the ball rolling kindof attitude, remaining all good, its subjective, it works for u, sometimes it doest.

Pathetic tech stack. It is company where careers go to die. Under the guise of domain expertise, they make you work on an extremely old technology under very tight deadlines. After working here for a few years, you are unhirable because you have been left behind
