Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing, in this company old people just doing politics against new people, just terrible experience in this company, please don't joined this company nothing growth only learn how to do politics against people. After this company fullstop your career growth

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, there old employees don't have sense to talking or respect to boss but management nothing notice. Just disrespect people in that company also nothing works growth
