Blue Star is a good company. I am working 7 years in this company. In 7 years lots of experience breakdown work, customer handing & team leading. I am so many greatful to my company for this opportunity. Environment & culture so good. Teammates are supportive & salary standard medium & bonus every year.

This management doesn't address our issue. Career growth is very slow & last 2 years insufficient salary increment. Side basis Too much headache & tension.

No good work culture, no work life balance, have to work twice of your capacity as there is less support staff here. Training sessions are a rare occurrence. Customer oriented..hence employees are on the receiving side.

Compensation is decent , but growth is only good.the work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night . But company is a good for long time working.
