Blue Star is a good company. I am working 7 years in this company. In 7 years lots of experience breakdown work, customer handing & team leading. I am so many greatful to my company for this opportunity. Environment & culture so good. Teammates are supportive & salary standard medium & bonus every year.

This management doesn't address our issue. Career growth is very slow & last 2 years insufficient salary increment. Side basis Too much headache & tension.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, apparaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good co-operation from management, freedom to work and good co-ordination of co-workers, time to time salary, good place to learn. company will provide good batular accommodation.

We have to work on contract basis, no extra benefits & perks like as direct employee.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
