Best Learning ground for Air Conditioning Industry. A family like atmosphere which you can never have in any other company in the HVAC field.

Dislikes

Nothing to say as such but yes incentive schemes could be much better.Though salary structures are quite good.!!!

Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

Dislikes

...mpetitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work.
