Organization's name is known, they don't put much efforts into service of products. You can learn alot only into commercial side, company doesn't provide proper product training and expects you to bring commission worth crores.

...d they consider the below points and then decide. For off-rolls/contract based 1- Salary is less and not on time it would take upto 7-8th day of the month to get salary credited. 2- No diwali bonus 3- No appraisal nor increament or any project completion benefit. 4- No birthday celebration for off-rolls ( might they think they don't have their birthday) 5- During the interview they would tell you would have Saturday leave but after joining you have to come along with your team for Saturday's. 6 - Thankful they take off-rolls to year end party. 7- Sports day are not for off-rolls they wont get chance to join their team ( The Hr claims that the payroll one are the member of Bluestar club and from their salary certain amount are debited for such activities but when certain group of off-rolls employees asked that let them pay whatever amount and join the team for sports the HR team disapproved it and all the off-rolls were left behind. 8- picnic , If you are on off-rolls you are not allowed to go for picnic even if you are ready to pay the amount the reason is clear you are not the company employee. 9 - Friday casual wear is allowed 10- Saturday free food 11- after 6pm free breakfast is allowed 12- off-rolls employees won't get any travelling allowance 13- holidays provided as per payrolls 14- timings same as payroll 15- once again the worst part is during the womens day celebration only payroll womens were taken to lunch and all off-rolls women were left behind. So much of negatives have now been said but seriously if you are joining on payroll definitely this company is best their policy are good but if your joining on off-rolls you must look to the above point. During every team building activities you would left behind and ignored and even if you raise your voice no one is their to listen. I personally think the bluestar should think about the off-rolls employees as even they are giving their time for the company and its development you can't just say they are not our employees. I have spoke to most of off-rolls employees and I know how they feel but they remain silent. Atleast they should allow them to pay for whatever event you're organising.

Blue Star Ltd, is an excellent company.

Dislikes

Top heirarchy is highly politicized, inefficient, psychophants and carry no accountability towards company goals. There is no contribution by seniors in the team performance. Seniors have no sales background and are excellent excel sheet masters. I.e. to say they just complile , consolidate the results and present in manupulative format to top management. The senior GM has got it's own manupulative /damaging agenda which is different from what agenda the CEO has. Hence, if the company has to look forward then the first thing they should do is to set personal target with accountability for the Sr. GM and GMs and they be told to support the team by leading from the front. In fact seniors should have their own contacts and they should be responsible directly for getting tangible business rather than playing politics and blame game with Juniors and demotivate them. Pl understand father figure (here Sr. GM) is directly responsible for spoiling the atmosphere of company. He should be sacked
