They hire for 3-6 month client projects in disguise of long term projects. And after project gets over they politely say bye and hold the last month salary and one has to be after them to get it quite long time.

...you whenever they want. They won't give any notice or pay for the notice period. They don't even pay full salary during your tenure and keep making false promises. Pathetic organization.

I had been associated with Bluerose Technologies for 3yrs. Company culture is very good, work life balace, promotion are given based on your capabilities, salary / appraisal on time. One of the best place to work. I would rate 5/5. Management is very loyal. You will get opportunities to grow within organisations.

AVERAGE CTC COMPLETE FALSE PROMISE WHILE HR ROUND ABOUT JOINING BONUS AND STILL REQUESTING THEM TO PAY MY DUES PF IS COMPLETELY VERY TERRIBLE THEY JUST PAY 1600 PER MONTH WHICH ID 7400 LESS THAN ACTUAL AMOUNT NO NOTICE PERIOD SALARY, STILL FIGHTING FOR 1 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD SALARY OF 1,25,000. Very Bad Experience.

Salary Hike. They give salary what you ask in hr round

They are nice till the time you obey them and no say 'No' to any work, policy, relocation or anything. They have very strong Legal Team and will sue you without fail if go beyond their wish. Initially they promised to WFH but later on forced to travel Hyderabad in 2 days.
