I have worked with 4 companies but with Blue Ocktopus i have got my best experience , here all the teammates and colleagues are so supporting and well understanding and they just make my day at work. And along with work we also participate in so much of fun activities which is really enjoyable.

Dislikes

Proper Communication should be held with the employees and there issues. Proper job training can be held. In mean while indoor games can be arrange for the employees for getting refresment.
