Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Design team is very good, get lot of things to learn about defense equipments. Company is into lot of innovative products which are required by IAF and Navy

It's very nice to work here all supervisor are very supportive team members are very helpful , working environment is good , i got learn many new things in few months , management listens to employees need and they are supportive.

Dislikes

Everything is good but there should be a proper canteen , and the sandwich leave policy is really problematic sometimes
