Job security until i didn't make any mistake. Supportive management. Company didn't deduct a single penny during lockdown periods and give salary hike too.

Technology and software which bluedart use is not up to the market. And the forticlient, i don't know why we need a supporting application to access our system.

Teammates are supportive & management is not transparent.Company policies sre good but appraisails are not fair and salary hike is good but no bonous.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues on time.

...pany and his policy was very good for the employee.working style was very good .bluedart given the salary on time.employees are very good and support to freshers that howbbkuedart works..annual aperaisal was also very very good...!!!!!

No work life balance Everything is false only low educated people can work there around 14hrs. Educated and young mind can’t work because there is no standard toxic work environment toxic management If you can do unlimited over time and can passed through then you can join and work untill retirement

Company provides good work life balance and salary perks on time. Also job security and DBF policy is excellent.

Internal politics ruins career of professional employee...it is like one who know how to make damage to the company can grow better.
