Chairman is still the soul of Blue Cross at the age of 95. He started the company in 1980. He is highly respected gentleman in the Pharma Industries. Fortunately, the company policies made by him is still in force. Employees are very friendly. Lots of cultural activities are arranged by HR.

Dislikes

Top management has no vision for the company. It is a very serious concern for the company. Avoidable issues are created due to some of rash decisions. Employees are asked to quit for small small matters especially to satisfy the ego. Another serious issue is the treatment given to dark skinned female staff. Few dark skinned female staffs were asked to leave on the behest of TOP Management. Under pressure, Legal/HR departments gave some technical reasons for doing this which is totally unjust. This should be investigated by authorities. But employees will not speak out due to fear of job security.

Company always take care of his employees company works on good ethical practices company has World class quality products at affordable prices company marketing activities are very good company is socially responsible. Company has excellent incentives policy.

Personally I am not satisfied with this organization, i am appointed For Costing profile but after 4 months my profile change to Bill passing and the management said you have to done. No reason was said.
