High management was good. The school has different method of teaching ,which is Montessori method, so it was a good learning there.

Dislikes

Every teacher and approach towards his/her students is different. I can understand that every school has a certain rules and ways of work. but I think changes with the time is important and every teacher has some personal experiences which she/he learnt in her/his career . Any organisation should be open for suggestion from the staff.

Likes

We used to take every matter in academic very seriously. Not only in academics but in sports. Winning in the field was as if ind vs pak war. We enjoyed.

Dislikes

Frequently we used to see new new teachers. Once a teacher is selected means there should be a job security atleast for 3years I felt.
