...e sacked within 5 months. They had hired teachers only to impress the NAAC team. For every individual they negotiate the salary. To the bank too they filled a wrong figure of one's income. They take interviews every year and fill a quota of teachers. Students are highly frustrated.

Dislikes

The colleagues are all in the same boat, so basically they are good people. Only the management is stingy in providing facilities to the students and proper salary to the teachers and there is no job security.

Worst management, They do not value their employees and always try to humiliate them

Dislikes

Pathetic management, Awful environment, Dumb owner always try to enter into sales and marketing but not in operating organisation. Owner is always in dru_nk state set bad example in employees frame of mind.

Likes

Polite and charming and God fearing sensibilities of the owner who himself sits in the office during the normal office hours. No unnecessary retrenchments observed in the company. Good working environment.

Nothing in particular. They are short on trainings.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am parts of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Competition is decent but growth is slow the wark pressure is very high sometimes have to work 10- 12 hours
