Is not updating, quality compromise with respect to the production,not cushioning with customer,career growth is questionable,appraisal is not according to the work level,salary best in the industries,one man show,work environment is uncivilised,not according to the statutory needs,innovation involves personal interest,appreciation without benefits,exploitation of employees is in relation with the unemployment environment, zero percent job security.
