I have enjoyed my time at blossom, but I have main concern salary, I feel my compensation is below market average, I had appreciate discussing this issue and potential solutions.

Working under a dedicated team with good qualifications and years of experience in their domain. Happy to learn from them and improve my skills ( both soft and hard skills). The working environment is realy good.

Dislikes

The only concern is the shift timings from 9 to 6. 9 to 5.30 could have been more comfortable and convenient.

The company has a dedicated team of passionate workers who I'm previlaged to work with. The company has always been supportive and understanding of various things and I will always be grateful for all the experiences I've had in the company.

There has been a few instances of miscommunication between the employees but I think it's all part and parcel of any work. Else everything has been good in my accord

As a growing company, a lot to contribute and all your hard works get noted and appreciated. Loved it.. A great place to work.

Nothing… we are the change, if anything that not in the right way we can change by the consultation with the management to make it a globally recognised brand!
