It get to learn about european market

Dislikes

Conitnuous work pressure. It is not a company it is a Shop. No work life balance. Company have toxic work culture. It works on hire and fire policy. You cannot survive in this company for more than 3 months. Neither company have any future nor you will be if you join this company. Before giving interview please visit and talk to employees working there, i am sure you will be thankful that you didnt join this company.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
