BLOMIT Work culture is very positive and you get to learn lot of things while working. Management support and listen to you. Prior to COVID we use to have the Gaming activity every week and they have employee engagement department to keep the employees engaged at workers lace

Very Less Time Off As it’s run 24X7 Environment and taking time off is issue
