Pay scale was fine.

Dislikes

Poor, negative work environment, no job security, conservative mindset, no growth though initial package is good. Resignations offend the management. Employees are not even given a chance to serve notice period. Salaries are not released even after having worked sincerely. Leaving this organization is consideredas breach of trust by the management. Non veg not allowed. Footwear has to be left outside. Unrealistic goals are set which are impossible to achieve with available resources. Washrooms are common for full floor and are horrible. There are cockroaches everywhere and leakage is there in the washrooms. Very strict policy for late coming where in the whole year only 2 late marks are allowed.
