The Mr.Jay Shah, CTO of company just hire people without his own knowledge in any domain He thinks he only have all the knowledge and he will be happy until you say Yes to all his things, once you start cross questioning him or give any advise for the betterment of company, his ego gets hurts and he fires you. So much internal politics and no management at all. No job security, they can terminate you at any moment

They will hire people who has a little knowledge in this field by saying that they will train you. They will give you proper training for a week and from next week will expect better results matching the level of professional who has been working there for a year and will give all the tasks to you to complete within no time and if error happen which will definitely happen due to one week training and in expectation of getting high end result, they will make you feel dumb, useless and waste or burden on the company. It is the only field where people didn't stay for more than 2-3 months and from this department only 5 people have left in last 5 months.
