You will be workin 10 hours per day on an average and sometimes you have to work late-night for deployment till 2:00 am As you comehome latein evening around 8:30 you don't have time to do anything else

- No support from seniors - No work-life balance. You have to work after office to map their expectation. - Office culture is zero - Unprofessional team and management

You get Learning and permanent WFH Home, But The WFH opportunity will be misused, This company Doesn’t care about work Ethics, They pressure You with work and you need to work more than 8 hours without any accountability and payment for overtime.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high - quality products and has a established client base. Seniors / Founders are easily approachable. Got proper platform to perform implement and experiment my working style, here Management is more result oriented and welcome every idea. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.
