The beat thing about the company was that it facilitates working from home but the company is help bent on loosing its only quality that made it standout.

Dislikes

Change and manipulation of the terms and conditions that were initially agreed upon.

It was a good company to join. all team members, team leads, managers are very good and supportive. Their WFH and flexible timings are very good.

To be honest, currently, I can't find any bad thing about this company.

Initially, they will give you false hopes related to the company and with time show their true colors.

Dislikes

Irrelevant and unnecessary behavior by seniors, not cooperative at all. Only misbehaving and giving taunts every time. No appreciation ever, only taking out mistakes. No growth here, they will only say to follow Techbook that's it, even after following the same they'll poke you. Most of the MODS are frustrated and show it to the TEs.

Nothing They care only South people. HR department is also not helpful.

Management is very poor. From HR department Manita not helpful not able to listen the employee concern. Oops manager Guru parsad he will show that he is your but he will speak from company side. # Gautham is a good person . One person name kotresh he is not good person. He is the only person who listen abusive language from the client. After that he gave the burden on u. If you fail to do so then he said that how many times I give you traning. THIS IS THE ORGANISATION WHERE ALL PEOPLE BELONGS TO SOUTH AND THE ONLY TAKE CARE OF THOUSE PEOPLE WHO IS FROM SOUTH OR WHO HAVE ANY INTERNAL SOURCE. EVEN THEY GIVE PRIORITY TO THE AGENTS IE.THE ARE NOT PERMANENT THEY ARE ON CASE BASIS
