Likes

Really encouraging colleagues. People are really helpful and supportive. There may or may not be some internal politics happening. I don't know because, as an intern, I chose not to be involved much in these internal matters. But the work culture, I felt, was quite inclusive. I had an amazing boss/manager who was really understanding. Good exposure! CEO Minu Margeret is the coolest! I guess that is how the work culture of a women-run organization is.

Dislikes

There were times when I even had to work on weekends and other public holidays. I guess it would be good if they expanded their consumer research team, as BlissClub is well-known for its proactive efforts to connect with its consumers on a personal level, with the help of these research interviews, workshops, and interaction sessions that they regularly conduct with their consumers.
