The best part working in Grofers is that they offer you a very good compensation and the salary is credited on the last day of every month. Because of their recent funding, they offer you good packages while joining but not sure what will happen when the funding stops. That is the only positive point working in Grofers.

One of the most unstable and most unstructured company I have been employed into. There is a dominancy of the tenured employees and politics involved. For the new comers, its a ragging period for them by the tenured employees and make their work done by them. The work environment is very toxic and your work life balance will go for a toss if you work here. The leaders and management seriously lacks technical knowledge and are adamant to embrace new technologies. They just want to stick with their old obsolete technologies. This is the last company you should approach if you do not want to disrupt your personal life physically and mentally. They do not follow the labour laws, they even make you work on the national holidays like Independence day or Republic days.

Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.

Lot of pressure in every terms....you have to manage the store (in and out) all alone so you can imagine the amount of pressure. No work life balance, 9 hrs shift is hectic AF that you can't get your break time most of the time..... overall less pay and hetic work.

Learning prospects are exceptional. You work with very smart minds which adds to your knowledge base and gives you a boost to perform better.

Dislikes

.... You'll end up working on all the major festivals when everyone is celebrating. Salary and promotions are negligible for people who have joined in the recent times because of the presuure of profitability. The older folks are minting money unlike any other organisation.
