All time my performance are highly appreciated this company is a great.i Lerner the day of work to be the best way to go to the right place for me.one two ast mangers are left after groffer mangers recomnd my name but that time not my complet degree but i hendl all team 3 month after i leave job because prepartion for goverment job this time my degree complete. Groffer experience superbbb in my life.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressureis very high somtimes but this time all datail mail this manual tipe this computer end capture all bill photos than so lost time .

Work life balance is worst sometimes there are many calls on Sunday as well... If u want work life balance don't join at all

Nothing, earlier the work culture was pretty good but sine the merger with Zomato happened, Zomato's culture has taken over in all the departments and it's completely disappointing now.

The internal politics, peanuts in increments, no diwali bonus, HRs won't give a damn about your issues. Everything about the work culture at Zomato & Blinkit in the social media is a myth or lie being spread.

Lot of pressure in every terms....you have to manage the store (in and out) all alone so you can imagine the amount of pressure. No work life balance, 9 hrs shift is hectic AF that you can't get your break time most of the time..... overall less pay and hetic work.
