Never really had the exposure to work as promised by the company.

Dislikes

1. Lot of politics 2. Lack of timely payments of salary and projects 3. No additional benefits for working extra hours 4. Half the time the company had no projects to work on 5. False promises on salary, projects and training

Likes

There is nothing I liked in BLH Hi-tech company but the collogues were helpful and understanding each others problems.

Dislikes

There was no projects were there in the company simply they were running the company. If anybody asks questions about problems directly they told us to leave the company.
