Worst management Worst ever hr policies Hire and fire 0 flexibility Strict school type punch in punch out rules eles salary will be deducted even if you work more. Partiality by delivery manager and hr. Non sense behaviour from new so called modulr hr. No parking no canteen. No parent insurance No job security. No work life balance. AVOID JOINING THIS ORGANISATION.

...nsive hiring during the COVID period. Now, I have to pay for parking my vehicle. The company has recently lost a major client, like Salary Finance, which has resulted in many employees being placed on the bench. However, instead of firing employees, the company seems to be creating circumstances that encourage voluntary resignations. Some employees have been allowed to continue with permanent WFH because they are favored, while others, despite having genuine reasons, are required to come to the office regularly.

I like when joined but now they are treating like servant. They do not know how to talk.

One management can be happy in this company because they can order you. They are giving more package because nobody joining the company. Do not go with linkedin user comments they are all have to say good about company because continuously manager and HR are saying the same to do. Do not come just for package,you will regret for you life.

Dislikes

- Work life balance can be better. Expectations are high - Business is very UK focussed and that culture is often tangible in India - The entire culture feels corporate and stilted. This not a bad thing, but it's hard to have real fun in office. Work is work and often nothing more. As long as you are expecting this and okay with it, then this is not a problem. (This factor is also very dependent on which portfolio company within BC you work for - each one's culture can be very different)
