Shit work culture, office politics everywhere. No matter how good you deliver the project, it's never appreciated, in fact, senior management always try to make you feel as if you have done a really bad job so you don't expect any good appraisal. Layoffs due to no money is put on employees sholder that you did not perform well so we are firing you without any prior notice.

I love the culture here. One will be encouraged if he/she is interested in coming out of their comfort zone and want to explore new technologies. We also have Idea Tanks here, so anyone can come up with an new Idea to implement it.
