Pathetic culture, longest shift hours of 9.5hrs in the industry, too much politics, you get peanut in appraisal and promotions are based on favouritism. 3rd party nonsense. Avoid joining this company.

Managers like Kamesh, tend to hire only their acquaintances and create an environment that focus others to leave, making room for their own circle. Even HR seems powerless, likely due to backing from higher leadership
