Colleagues are good. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

A lot. Do not go after Google reviews. They are interns who Blacksof hires for a transcription job and pay them hourly. They have nothing to do with the company and its employees and work. I worked at Blacksof for more than two years and never knew any intern or even heard of them. HR, Management, Salaries, Favouritism, Non-professional behaviour. The development lead is a guy who has not written a single line of code.
