Company should reconsider the salary structure for analyst or junior levels since the overall packages are bit lagging. Also the real compensation seems low when compared to the efforts made in the organisation. Also, you need to work atleast 3 years on the same role to be eligible for next title.

No retrenchment during Covid. No salary cuts. Job is fully secured. Many social groups conducting a bunch of virtual activities to boost the morale of the employee during this difficult time.
