Likes

Amazing culture within the firm, seniors and higher management are very supportive and approachable. Work life balance is good. Company provides lots of employee benefits- insurance, cab facility, enough leaves etc.

Dislikes

Pay sometimes is not upto the market standards.

Likes

No retrenchment during Covid. No salary cuts. Job is fully secured. Many social groups conducting a bunch of virtual activities to boost the morale of the employee during this difficult time. They reimbursed upto 35k of expenses to set up working place at home. Including computer appliances, office chair table, ergonomic equipments etc

Dislikes

Work pressure Long working hours No time for personal development No time for taking part in activities in different social groups. No time to attend town halls to keep ourselves uodated. No exiting incentive at diwali, no gifts. Just a chocolate box.

Likes

Good benefits like free cab, Medical including family, maternity leave benefits, food etc. Trainings are often for skill development. Internal job posting to switch functions within the company.

Dislikes

Learning plateaus in 5 months. Very process oriented job. Salary on lower side with low bonus and increment.

Dislikes

Employee performance matters a lot and based on the performance review and ratings, one gets promotion or appraisal on year ends. Little bit of bureaucratic structure within the organization. Knowledge wise, growth is limited for an individual as each process is distributed to different teams. Job security is not guaranteed as senior management won't think twice before laying off from work. Even the best folks are fired if they failed to meet performance expectations.
