Company provides you with a bunch of benefits which indirectly saves you alot. It’s a good organisation to join from learning perspective. You’ll get to learn alot about the global markets and economy but it all depends on how much efforts do you take to understand the impact and importance of your work and efforts!

Dislikes

Company should reconsider the salary structure for analyst or junior levels since the overall packages are bit lagging. Also the real compensation seems low when compared to the efforts made in the organisation. Also, you need to work atleast 3 years on the same role to be eligible for next title.
