...ffs and buts of a standard company agreement. But in reality, you get paid less. You are not communicated about the deductions they make in your salary that has been agreed to in the agreement and do not quote the in-hand salary in your agreement. ID CARD: They do not provide ID cards to either Contractual Employees or 3rd Party Employees. So there is ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF that you work in Zinka till the time you are a direct employee. JOB SECURITY: This has got to be less than ZERO. There is absolutely no Job Security. 20th March: The whole day,I get trained for a new process to be LIVE on 21st March. 21st March 10:00 AM: New Process is put "On Hold", training continues. 21st March 10:45 AM: Training Stops. Few people are whisked away every now and then in batches of 5-7. They quietly leave the office. 21st March 12:30 PM: They call people inside meeting room and tell you that you are fired and there is no need for you to come from Monday. ALSO, THE HR TELLS YOU TO PUT YOUR RESIGNATION PAPER BY E-MAIL YOURSELF OR ELSE THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE RESIGN. ONE BLATANT REASON FOR MASS EMPLOYEE REMOVAL: PROCESS SHUTDOWN.

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is s bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction. Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work
