Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Salary comes on time.

There is absolutely no stability in this company, there are no branches, there is no special incentive scheme. Pip issues immediately. GPS, FASTag and Fuel Card Inse related koi bhi customer agar complain karta hai to uska koi bhi solution nh milta aur na he action hota hai is wakah se customer se relation kharab hote hai

Well, the things which I don't like at blackbuck was salary less than its mentioned on offer letter - they deducted rs 500 every month from my salary without having any clause in offer letter, no allowance they had given in my working tenure- while they had clause in offer letter.

While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction. Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

There is no Hr for the name sale only ... No hike.. No promotions High level politics Iam working here since 5 years Week hr team depends on high level managers

No value for the ground level staff but company survive on them in starting Blackbuck was very straight but now not management depends on high level managers, but they are not working on ground....hr not taken decisions as per hr only policy they're also depended on high level management
