Black Ink is world one of the top firm in City, thier design development is world class and thought process of principal architect Ar.SanjaibJosshi sir is comparatively to Norman Forster is designing language. His Guidance lead this firm to do pan Indian projects. The work culture is more interactive and fun. Senior junior relationship is one of the most best part in this firm. There is no "I" and "you" it's always "WE". The liking factory of this firm for me is Josshi sir's guidence to lead our life and career

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
