1. Delayed (salary) payments. I have experienced almost 3 to 4 months delay in payment. 2. HR and Accounts are least bothered to respond to employee queries. 3. Penalty imposed on employees If documents/drawings submission (to clients) are delayed. 4. Only Technical Manager has authority to take decision. Rest other Engg. Managers, Project Managers are dummy. 5. No employee retention policy. My overall experience with Black Cat was bad. Since Covid I had no other option.

...anagement doesn't address your issues if you working in workshop of black cat. If you working in workshop of black cat then forget about salary incriminate same in carrier growth. In the black cats work shop where I did work for 5 years . I can say by my own experience if you are not south Indian then forgot about any good things like ot salary increment carrier growth or other benefits .

The management are good support for the staff category. We can take self decision for the progress increasing. Every day we can discussed with manager and engineer about site requirements and they are fullfill next day.

Too much politics in between staff category and workers category.
