...e a calling agent that's it that not a recruitment basically it's a call centre and 2 months they not given my salary also when I leave job I asked for a salary they said you have to do the such paper work which takes 8-10 days after this we think to give you salary accordingly and also they cut very big amount from my salary when I said them that I am leaving your company if you don't provide me salary 1 leave and deduction would be considered as 2 days leave that's there policy there is nothing they just have one room in which they just select such UG students and pressure then to work there that's it

Not giving salary Not providing offer letter High pressure They don't have manners to behave Owner said if you provide 5 selection in a week you can stay otherwise you'll leave They just provide you numbers to call like a calling agent it's not a recruitment process

I like the environment of the company nd also the members over there they were very polite

Dislikes

Work culture nd extremely pressure according to the pressure they provide very less salary and incentive too and also they cut very higher amount from your salary in case you've taken leave without informing that's it
